ArcComplete is a small, independent software company. One founder, one product in development, and a long-term plan for a family of self-improvement systems.
Mission
ArcComplete builds software that helps people systematically improve the major areas of their lives: body, focus, learning, direction, relationships and money.
Not motivation. Not content. Practical tools that help you act, measure, learn, plan, reflect and improve.
The problem
Self-improvement is fragmented across disconnected tools. A calorie app, a workout app, a supplement reminder, a habit tracker, a notes app, a spreadsheet. None of them know about each other, and none of them know you.
The result is a lot of logging and very little learning.
How we build
Fewer products. Deeper products. Each ArcComplete app owns one domain completely instead of shipping a dozen shallow utilities.
Simple by default, powerful when needed. Low friction everywhere. Evidence over assumptions. Progress over perfection.
Principles
- Craft: the details are the product.
- Trust: honest product status, honest language, no dark patterns.
- Privacy: sensitive data gets additional care, always.
- Restraint: no feature ships because it is possible.
- Usefulness: every screen has to earn its place in a real day.
Where we're going
One arc, six stages.
The order is a strategy, not a promise. It can change with what real users need, and no date is set until a product is genuinely close.
Then, when several systems exist: an optional ArcComplete layer that connects them with your permission.

ArcComplete was started by a solo founder who has spent years trying to improve different parts of life with tools that never talked to each other.
There is no world-class team to advertise: one person, a clear plan, and the discipline to ship one product well before starting the next.
How it operates
Resource-conscious and focused: shared infrastructure, reusable systems, automation, deliberate hiring only when justified. The founder's role grows from builder to product operator to company leader as the family grows.
