Your strongest focus days often follow consistent training weeks.
Ecosystem
Six systems around one person.
ArcComplete is not one super-app. It is a family of specialized products that each do one thing deeply, and can eventually share what they learn with your permission.
The Arc
One incomplete circle. Six domains.
The gap in the ring is deliberate. There is always another stage of improvement, and no product in the family claims to finish the job.
How can I improve my body?
ArcBody answers one question: how can I improve my body? It replaces the calorie app, the workout log, the supplement reminder and the weight chart with a single Today screen that updates as you log, so the four things that shape physical progress finally know about each other.
- Nutrition
- Calories and macros with food search, saved and recent foods, meals, and daily totals that update the moment you log.
- Training
- Routines, exercises, sets, reps and weight, rest timers, history, progression and personal records.
- Supplements
- Your own list and schedule, reminders, taken or skipped, adherence over weeks. Never dosage advice.
- Progress
- Bodyweight, measurements, photos and records shown as trends over weeks and months, not daily verdicts.

How can I use my time and actually get things done?
ArcFocus will not be another task manager. It lives in the space between what you said mattered and how the hours actually went: focused sessions, a short list of what must happen today, and honest feedback about whether the projects you care about are moving.
- Focus
- Deep-work sessions, distraction and context-switch tracking, a focus score and your most productive hours.
- Tasks and momentum
- Must, should and could for the day, linked to focus blocks, plus a nudge when a meaningful project has gone quiet.
- Time Mirror and the 168
- Set priorities, then compare them with where the week's 168 hours really went.
- Launch and shutdown
- A short morning setup and an evening close that carries over what is unfinished, so the day ends mentally closed.

How can I become more capable?
ArcLearn will be for any skill or subject, not only school: a language, an exam, a programming framework, an instrument. It shows what you know, what you do not, and what comes next, then makes sure what you learned does not quietly disappear.
- Learning goals and skill trees
- Large skills broken into a progression map, so the next step is always visible.
- ExplainIt
- Explain a concept in your own words; the gaps, misconceptions and weak areas are pointed out, then you try again.
- Memory
- Spaced repetition built in, scheduling recall for the concepts that need reinforcement rather than everything equally.
- Practice and the queue
- Deliberate practice on weak areas, and one queue for everything you meant to read or watch, prioritized by your current goal.

Am I becoming the person I want to become?
ArcFocus handles execution; ArcLife holds direction. Habits and goals, the reviews that close the loop from plan to act to measure to reflect, and a long view of the patterns in your own behavior: what precedes a strong week, and what precedes an abandoned goal.
- Habits and goals
- Routines you want to keep and goals with milestones, metrics and target dates, analyzed for what actually helps you keep them.
- Reviews
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews that complete the loop instead of leaving plans unread.
- Life map and experiments
- An overview of the areas of a life, and small experiments you run on yourself with a hypothesis, a protocol and a result.
- Journal and patterns
- Structured and open journaling, with recurring themes and behavioral patterns surfaced over months.

How can I become better with people?
ArcSocial will pair realistic practice with real-world development. Interviews, salary negotiations, difficult conversations, apologies, presentations: rehearse them against an adaptive counterpart, get specific feedback, and take gradually harder steps in real life.
- Roleplay
- The other side of the conversation responds naturally and adapts, from a job interview to setting a boundary.
- Performance review
- Clarity, confidence, structure, listening, filler words, pacing, unnecessary concessions. Then retry.
- Speaking
- Speech improvement as a feature: pacing, clarity, tone and conciseness measured over time.
- Confidence lab
- Progressive real-world challenges from low-risk interactions toward the situations you avoid.

Where is my money really taking me?
ArcMoney will focus on capability and behavior, not on being a bank, a broker or another spreadsheet. It connects what you spend to what you said you wanted, and it is sixth on purpose: financial data deserves the most mature security in the family.
- Dashboard and goals
- Income, expenses, savings, debt and net worth in one view, tied to goals like an emergency fund or a debt-free date.
- Spending analysis
- Spending explained in terms of your goals: what this month's restaurants did to the laptop fund.
- Purchase pause
- Add a purchase, say why you want it, wait through a cooling period, then decide. See what you chose not to buy.
- Financial learning
- Contextual basics on saving, budgeting, debt and compound interest. Never personalized regulated advice.
Future ArcComplete product
Specialized by design.
Connected when useful.
Excellent specialized apps, plus an optional connected ecosystem that only works with your permission. That is the ArcComplete architecture.
Cross-system intelligence
Eventually, the systems begin to talk.
Once more than one system exists, ArcComplete can surface how different parts of your life affect each other. The examples below are what that could look like.
Your longest study sessions occur most often during your morning focus window.
Weeks with consistent sleep routines correspond with higher workout adherence.
Conceptual examples of future ArcComplete cross-product intelligence. None of this exists today. It depends on several products existing first, and on your explicit permission.
Architecture
Excellent specialized apps. An optional connected layer.
Each app stands alone
Every ArcComplete product must be worth using by itself. No product depends on another to be useful, and none is a thin feature of a larger bundle.
Shared foundations
The same geometry, typography, motion language and privacy principles will run through every product, so the family is recognizable before you read a logo.
Connection is opt-in
Cross-domain insights only appear when you choose to connect systems. Sensitive data, especially anything health-related, gets additional care.
Order of arrival
ArcBody first. Then ArcFocus, ArcLearn, ArcLife, ArcSocial and ArcMoney, in an order that can change with what real users need.
Intelligence
AI where it helps.
Invisible where it doesn't.
AI should reduce friction, reveal patterns and improve decisions, not turn every product into a chatbot.
Four tests every intelligent feature has to pass.
Useful
AI solves a defined user problem. If a feature cannot name the problem it removes, it does not ship.
Transparent
Estimates are shown as estimates. Uncertainty is communicated instead of hidden behind a confident number.
Correctable
You can inspect and change every output. The model proposes; you decide, and the product remembers your correction.
Private by design
Sensitive information, especially anything health-related, gets additional care. Nothing leaves the product without a clear reason and your permission.
Where it will show up
Product-specific, never decorative.
Only capabilities that actually exist are ever presented as active. Today none of these are live: ArcBody is in development, and its intelligent features are planned rather than shipped.
ArcBody
Meal assistance: faster food logging with estimates you can correct, and progress summaries that explain the trend rather than just plotting it.
Planned for ArcBody
ArcFocus
Planning help and execution analysis: where your time actually went versus what you said mattered.
Future ArcComplete product
ArcLearn
Knowledge-gap discovery: explain something in your own words and learn which concepts are missing or shaky.
Future ArcComplete product
ArcLife
Behavioral patterns across months: what precedes strong weeks, what precedes abandoned goals.
Future ArcComplete product
ArcSocial
Adaptive roleplay: the other side of a conversation that responds naturally and gives specific feedback.
Future ArcComplete product
ArcMoney
Spending interpretation: what a month of transactions says about direction, not just categories.

What intelligence is not, here
No sparkles. No oracle. No medical authority.
ArcBody will remind you of the supplement schedule you chose; it will not recommend dosages. Estimates will be labeled. Human review remains essential for anything touching health, money, privacy or security. Analytical and intelligent, without pretending to be more than software.
